Job Description
The Scrum Master will take responsibility for end to end management through the entire project life-cycle ensuring that all projects are delivered to planned time lines, budget and delivery standard. They will be required to coach, mentor and motivate project team members to adopt Agile principles of development. They will also need to ensure the delivery of business intelligence and integration solutions across multiple areas of the business and work closely with Line Managers to compile skilled teams on a project by project basis.
Person Specification
It is essential that successful candidate be a qualified Agile practitioner and have proven experience of Agile project delivery within a fast paced environment. Experience of working within a business intelligence environment is highly desirable but not essential
