To actively manage a team of image administrators to ensure the delivery of a cost efficient, reliable, timely and accurate service to

• Organise and motivate team members to achieve their targets based on service level agreements through training/management accreditation using coaching, direction, good working practices and adherence to Partnering for Success (PfS) and IIP principles
• Ensure continuous achievement of standard benchmarks for NSI processes, and the effective implementation of any changes to standard procedures
• Ensure the correct allocation and execution of work throughout the team and ensuring the team are undertaking their responsibility for quality control and audits
• To manage delivery on bulk projects to agreed timescales and budgets
• Manage the capacity of the team through the Management Operating Framework (MOF) and forecasting model to
• Organise the team to meet productivity, performance and quality targets
• Organise working patterns to benefit the business and employee needs
• Manage local absence levels in line with requirements
• Participate in recruitment process

• Excellent verbal communication and telephone skills
• Excellent written communication skills
• Experience of working in a similar financial and/or administration services environment preferred
• Ability to demonstrate a degree of technical expertise, computer and systems literate
• Currently, or interested in working towards, the DPC / QPA qualification
• Ability to work in a team and follow processes
