Our client, a diverse and well respected Plc. based on the outskirts of Bicester is seeking a Scanning & Administration Project Co-ordinator to join their team for an initial period of 12 months. Working within a small team, this is a varied role which requires the following skills and experience:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Objective: (Major purpose of job)
To co-ordinate the conversion of paper and/or microfilm/microfiche based documents to a digital format in accordance with a data conversion specification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor the quality of all scanned data and ensure it is to the required standard
• Ensure the integrity and security of data at all times
• Ensure that the department / team is working on the correct projects / tasks they have been allocated
• Monitor production output
• Task manage through put of all projects
• To ensure any Health and Safety issues are reported immediately
Specific Duties:
• Co-ordinate & support all department / team
• Manage workload / flow
• Manage staff / targets / performance
• Provide management reports of work status of each project, highlighting any issues in a timely manner
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope of works
Targets:
1. Ensure the efficiency of Scanning / Admin projects
2. Improve staff competencies through the development and delivery of training
