Our client is seeking a Sales Trainer with at least 2 years sales training experience.Its essential to have sales training experience in either a travel or call centre environment.
Reporting to the Training and Development Manager, the purpose of the job is to deliver sales, customer service, systems and business processes training to call centre agents, administrators and supervisors, to ensure that the highest standards of agent education on products and services are maintained and translated into high performing employees.
The position of Sales Trainer is paying a salary of £30000 with full benefits, working a 37.5 hour week on a rotating shift pattern.
The client is based in Raynes Park, who offer free car parking.
