Sales Team Leader - This Independent Travel Agency based in Essex is looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join their successful sales team. Excellent Salary Package and loyalty scheme.

Sales Team Leader duties:

-Monitor Call levels, attendance and discipline in the office.
-Assisting the team -Selling, Sourcing and tailormaking holidays.
-Selling product and maximising sales and profit.
-Delivering excellent Customer Service levels

Sales Team Leader experience:

-People Management experience desirable
-Proven track record of achieving Sales and exceeding targets
-Excellent Communication skills -written and Spoken
-Passionate about Travel Industry
-Driven, Professional and Positive attitude Essential.
