You will take full responsibility for providing secretarial services to the Sales team, including typing, general administration, event co-ordination and other varied duties. More specifically, you will be the main point of contact for all internal/external sales admin, arranging exhibitions, booking travel and accommodation, leading negotiations for conference facilities, co-ordinating meetings and booking rooms, taking meeting minutes, ordering stationery, credit card reconciliation, budgeting, analysing cost centre spend and creating purchase orders. You will also be responsible for any other ad hoc reports that are required.
You will be an experienced Administrator/PA with proven organisational skills and a bright, sales focused attitude. Experience of SAP is also preferred but not essential.
