Purpose of the role - To provide support to the business development teams during the process of winning new business
* To act as a liaison between the Business Development teams (BDT and the New New Business Team and all internal departments
* To assist in the co-ordination of information between the BDT and potential new clients during the selling cycle. This may require assistance with compiling analysis information
* To be the pivotal role in administering the delivery of complex tender responses ensuring that the company service and brand is consistently maintained
* Ensuring that all physical contracts are tracked through the business in a timely manner and are then sent to all respective clients
* Become the recognised expert within the department to ensure best use of Sales Customer Relationship Management Software System
* Constantly monitor and identify improvements to the systems and new business process to ensure best practice approach
* To help support the Head of Business Development in administering various internal meetings by compiling and distributing meetings and maintaining resultant records
Person Specification
* Strong Organisational abilities
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel and knowledge of SAGE Customer Management Software
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Presentable
