Sales & Service Specialist - Russian Speaking

World Duty Free are currently recruiting for Sales and Service Specialists in our Heathrow store.

Must speak fluent Russian

Full time (38.5 hours per week)

As a Sales and Service Specialist at our Heathrow stores you will need to have excellent customer service skills and sales skills. You will work as part of a team which is dedicated and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will work within one of our luxury product categories such as Beauty, Jewellery, Handbags, Watches, Sunglasses, Liquor (including wine and champagne), Confectionary, Food, and Tobacco.

The Role

• Create a welcoming, personal environment and build rapport using positive body language and a friendly, natural and confident approach/greeting with every customer.
• Building a great place to work and shop through a fun-attitude, self-motivated and positive approach, and take personal responsibility to drive daily activities.
• Maximize sales opportunities and be aware of in-store activities and promotions, category sales and daily and hourly targets.
• Maintain high standards within the day-to-day operation including merchandising, presentable, and tidy counter areas and by communicating with Store Operations teams.

The Candidate

Whilst we’d ideally like you to have a solid knowledge and background in one or more of theses areas, if you’re able to demonstrate superb sales ability and a passion for luxury products, we’d like to hear from you.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant knowledge beauty, fashion, luxury and designer product ranges.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong people focus.
• Ability to create theatre and build relationships with customers.
• Experience in a retail customer service environment.
• Passion for products with the ability to demonstrate and use your selling skills. Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
