Excellent opportunity has risen in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

An International IT/Telecom company is currently looking for a Sales representative to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for those who would like to gain their experience within internationally operating organisation.

Main responsibilities

  • To propose proactively and provide ICT service portfolio new and existing, local-lead and Japan-lead corporate customers in an appropriate way and in a timely matter.
  • To make every possible efforts to achieve individual revenue MP by month, which is
    agreed in advance with 1st Line Manager.
  • To support and assist proactively to solve any customer related issues.
  • Establish and expand networking to lead to future sales
  • Endeavour to reach the monthly target provided by line manager.
  • Provide reports when requested by your manager
  • Keep to all Departmental and HR procedures set by the company or your manager
  • Know and adhere to all regulations and rules at work as stated in the Staff Handbook
  • Share your experience and knowledge to facilitate the smooth running of the
    department
  • Provide other departments with your ideas for developing our service
  • Periodical report to your line manager on work status (frequency and format of such report will be agreed with your line manager)
  • Ad hoc tasks as requested by your line manager or the company

Requirements

  • Knowledge and proficiency in each of ICT and WAN services and Internet
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and internet
    Explorer
  • Excellent communication skills both with Dutch and English languages
  • Ability to investigate and source answers to various email and telephony enquiries
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Strong time management/multi-tasking and organisational skills
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Accurate, organised and eye for detail
  • Reliable time keeping and attendance
  • Cheerful, outgoing and positive disposition

Conditions

  • Salary: €48,000 - 50,000 per annum
  • Benefits: Bonus, holiday allowance, travel expense
