Job Description
Sales Person required to generate new business opportunities regarding the sales of Auto Identification and Data Capture product and our industry-leading services.
This role will include maintaining a database of current and potential customers. Generating leads from cold calling, current databases, directories and trade magazines. A strong and disciplined manner is required to control leads and prospects through to closure. The successful candidate will be targeted on calls made per week and profit generated through sales / hardware found through cold calling.
Person Specification
The candidate should have:
A tenacious attitude to sales
Previous sales experience
A knowledge of the Auto ID industry, although training will be given
Good organization skills
Good customer facing and telephone skills
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office; particularly Excel and Outlook
Work well with our suppliers and sales team
Willingness to learn new skills
