Sales Negotiator

Our clients are looking for a Sales Negotiator to focus on generating viewings and new business.

It is essential to have a background in sales and the client would prefer residential estate agency experience if possible. We are looking for individuals with determination, enthusiasm and energy. You will need to have good customer service and sales skills. Operating across a number of offices we need a negotiator who is flexible, adaptable and who copes well under pressure and remains calm and focused at all times.
This role offers great potential for career development.

Duties of this exciting role will include;
• Registering applicants
• Matching properties to applicants needs
• Negotiating - Closing deals
• Liaising with clients, vendors & purchasers 
• Conducting viewings

To be considered for the position you will have the following qualities:
• A minimum of 6 months sales experience
• Able to demonstrate a successful track record in meeting and exceeding targets
• Customer focused
• Positive, ambitious and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
