BASIC SALARY £14,000 TO £19,000 D.O.E WITH A 1ST YEAR OTE £40,000 + BENEFITS  

My client is one of the local areas highly regarded Estate Agency practices and due to a recent internal promotion they are looking for an experienced SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR to join their residential operation in this busy branch.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing the business through property valuation and instructions, property sales 
• Assisting sales as necessary to a successful completion using effective communication and people skills to ensure a professional image is displayed to the customer.

You will be results orientated and target driven and able to work as part of a team as well as individually in supporting the Branch Manager.
