SALES MANAGER

SALES MANAGER - This well established Online Tour Operator based in Essex are looking for a Sales Manager to join their dynamic and fast paced team. As a Sales Manager you will be managing a team of up to 30 sales consultants and maximizing revenue margins.

Sales Manager responsibilities:

- Operational management and manager of sales staff
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Coach and motivate sales team
- Identify sales opportunities from every call
- Set sales targets for the team

Sales Manager skills:

- Previous experience within the Travel industry is essential
- Previous experience of managing a successful sales team is essential
- Experience of conducting performance reviews and appraisals
