Job Description
As a Sales Manager, you will have to provide a full spectrum of Corporate Sales function of all Product Categories, through corporate accounts (general practitioner, hospitals, beauty centres etc), redemption program, promotion campaign and corporate events, etc., so as to achieve and excel sales target and profitability in Hong Kong. You will need to manage the business development and expansion of corporate customer data base by screening the market, preparing the ideal approach of selected potential prospects, existing customers and strategic accounts, as well as working closely with Product teams to define go-to-market strategies, as well as translate into viable business opportunities for launches.

Requirements
- Degree or above in Business or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in sales management, a background with corporate sales experience in beauty industry will be highly desirable.
- Have natural sales drive combined with a high customer service acumen and ability to act as a brand ambassador.
- Sales focused and result-oriented with strong analytical / problem-solving abilities.
- Highly accountable and can work independently, highly motivated team player and able to work under pressure.
- Strong leadership, management and communication skills.
- Excellent in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
