Sales Manager - Great Yarmouth - c£30k - My client is currently looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Sales Manager to join their team. You will have experience of managing a team, meeting targets and a background in caravan sales.

You will need to be rigorous in your work and enjoy contact with customers. A team player and effective communicator, you are able to rise to a challenge and capable of returning effective results whilst remaining professional. 

Key responsibilities may include:

Attending and participating in all relevant internal and external meetings in connection with the responsibilities of the position

Delivering the bottom line profitability of the sales department

Developing and maintaining relationships with team through continuous support, coaching and appraisals.

Managing all team members to ensure tasks and responsibilities are performed to the agreed standard required.
