We are currently recruiting for a chain of women’s only fitness centres that aim to provide a high quality, high value exercise proposition for women in Saudi Arabia.

You are the face of the company and the brand Champion.You will manage the company Sales

team to deliver sales and business objectives, and fulfill Duty Manager responsibilities as required to meet the company vision and mission.

You the Sales Manager:

• Proactively engaging women in exercise and activity is at the heart of everything you do
• Sales and income targets are achieved and exceeded
• Front of House /Sales team are motivated, confident, happy and achieving objectives
• Sales and secondary spend is managed in a structured, planned and strategic manner
• Front of House objectives are delivered and managed according to the SOP’s. (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Customers feel welcomed, cared for and their needs met
• As a Duty Manager you have responsibility for the club when on duty
• You maintain a personal development plan

Experience ideally required:

• Superb people management and interpersonal skills
• Sales and target driven
• IT literate and ability to work with accounts
• Great leader and inspiration to the team
• Working knowledge of membership and sales systems
• Proven ability to work and sell to achieve targets and budgets.
• Excellent motivation and coaching skills
• Well presented & has presence
• 2 years minimum work experience in a management role with financial accountability
• Attention to detail and very well organised.
• Current First Aid Qualification
• Evidence of ongoing personal development
• Great team player
• Self motivated and customer focused
• Fluent in English and Arabic language (written and spoken)
• The ability to present to a group of staff or when selling business to business

Fantastic Package being offered:

• 1 Year contract with 3 month probationary period
• Salary 96kSAR (£16,000) basic (TAX FREE)
• Up to 48kSAR (£8,000) bonus for achieving targets (TAX FREE)
• Holidays: Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha (Each Eid is 4 days)
• Holidays - 30days (time allocation to be agreed).
• Health Care (Class B)
• Working days: Saturday - Thursday
• Uniform provided
• Recruitment flight and flight home after 1 year
• Fully furnished shared accommodation with private room
