Our Client is recruiting for a Sales Manager to start ASAP; the successful candidate will be required to manage the Sales Team, promote the training solutions on offer and secure sales and meet Company recruitment targets
Salary: to £43,000 OTE p/a (bonus awarded upon achievement of set KPI’s).

Key requirements are in the Job Description with the following benefits:
- 21 days holiday per rata increasing by 1 day each full year of service completed to a maximum of 25 days holiday.
- Business miles paid monthly (30p per mile)

- £20 monthly contribution for use of own phone in conjunction with work activities
Main Accountabilities:
- Management of sales department
- To achieve agreed sales performance targets as laid down by the organisation
- Identify and develop business opportunities
- Market the company both internally and externally
Responsibilities:
- Day to day management of the Sales department
- Monitor and meet all forecasts and targets
- To recruit new sales staff as and when required
- To conduct Sales Department appraisals
- To conduct one-to-one meetings with Sales department
- To conduct Team Meetings with Sales department
- To conduct Disciplinaries as appropriate
- Ensure that new potential clients identified assist in meeting targets
- To carry out sales presentations to clients
- ToTo comply with company, funding body systems and procedures and those of other quality standards gained by the organisation
- Ensure that all leads are followed through in the given timescale
- Promote all training opportunities offered to client companies and secure sales
- Ensure that new clients are fully aware of all services provided by the Company
- To assist in developing business within the commercial sector
- To develop commercial training provision by sharing feedback relating to training provision/requirements from clients
- Carry out presentations to promote all available programmes to potential learners and managers
- Conduct telesales as required indentifying and establishing sales leads
- Convert as many sales calls as possible to face-to-face presentations to clients
- Complete all required paperwork as laid down by the company
- Keep own knowledge up-to-date in relation to changes effecting company contracts with funding bodies
- To ensure all quality requirements are maintained and that there is no non-conformity
- To undertake any other duties as required
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of contract start targets against profile
- Achievement of financial sales targets (minimum levels required)
- Sales staff target management
- Ensure compliance against contract requirements
Key Requirements
- A good standard of general education e.g. 5 GCSE (or equivalent) including English & Maths
- 5 years minimum sales/sales management experience
- CRB Checked on appointment
- Drivers Licence & use of own car
