Sales Manager / IFA - Thailand

Our client is currently seeking an experienced financial adviser with offshore experience to lead and develop a growing team of expat advisers in Bangkok - Thailand. Suitable candidates will be eager and driven individuals with strong financial services experience. Previous management experience is preferred, but those who are willing to push both themselves and others to achieve will be considered.

You will be responsible for the training, development and motivation of an existing team of advisers, as well as tasked with recruiting and mentoring new recruits. You will also be expected to develop your own clients and build a personal book of business. Directly reporting to Thailand MD.
