Sales Ledger Clerk

This leading and progressive business is seeking to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk into its established finance team; the role will require an autonomous and proactive approach and will cover the following duties:

  • Process all Sales Orders into invoices.
  • Produce weekly receipts schedule to be used for cash forecasts / cash flows
  • Manage the payment of invoices
  • Chase all outstanding invoices.
  • Deal with all sales invoice queries.
  • Produce a weekly aged debt report and overdue invoices report

The ideal candidate will have a robust background of Sales Ledger activities and be used to working in a busy environment.
