An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Sales Ledger/Billing Analyst to join an aquisitive division of a large FTSE100 organisation for a six month contract with a view to permanent.


The role is to take ownership and accountability for all aspects of this vast growing division, ensuring invoices are issued are on time with maximum accuracy.
- Ensure the information on the Invoices fits in with our customers contracts and invoiced to their agreed SLA’s
- Liaise with our customers effectively; resolve any outstanding issues or queries.
- Be a focal point in the work flow with operations, credit control and sales, that plays a key part in the early flagging of issues and the driving down of debt and WIP balances
- Identify areas where our billing processes can be improved and assist with the implementation of these plans
- Take ownership of updating and tracking income files, revenue trackers or price lists as instructed, ensuring our invoicing MI is of the highest quality




Role would suit somebody at entry level CIMA/ACCA or currently studying AAT along with experience in accounting or finance teams would be advantageous,Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines
Good numeracy skills along with good communication skills working knowledge of Excel , SAP is desirable
