Job Title: Sales Lead Administrator
Location: Stevenage
Salary: £16,000 - £17,000
Reporting directly to the Membership Development Manager, providing support to follow up membership and registration sales leads from field sales activities, enquiries and campaigns. This role predominately involves phone communication, data input and administration.
Main duties and responsibilities
Data input of prospects;
Follow up of prospects and ensure all relevant methods of communication are employed;
To help provide a consistent synchronization of sales leads follow up and subsequent membership conversions and registration application;
Monitoring customer feedback and collation of FAQ’s;
Updating membership conversion progress;
Ensuring consistent high levels of customer service;
Assisting the Membership Development Manager in the identification of new sales lead opportunities;
Attending external meetings and events as required
Criteria
Excellent telephone manner
Experience in a customer service, sales support or similar role
Ideally have worked within a call centre
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent level of IT - Microsoft Word and experienced in database use
