ROLE: SALES EXECUTIVE
LOCATION: WITHAM, ESSEX
SALARY: DOE - £15,000 - £18,000
Responsible for processing and control of all UK orders
Assisting various departments and process UK orders
Scheduling work, ensuring all necessary components are in place to meet clients deadline
Producing ideas for graphic visuals using clients artwork
Generating quotations based on clients specifications. Recommending production and decorating techniques. Up-selling and using skills to determine right product for client
Processing purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes
Develop relationships with existing and new clients to increase annual spend
Chase quotations to develop business
Answering telephone and dealing with clients professionally and efficiently, or directing to right department
Accurate handling of all administration
PLEASE NOTE: There is a pro-active element to this role. You must be confident in up-selling to lapsed customers, chasing quotations to convert into orders. You must be confident in dealing with customers via the telephone.
Own transport is essential for this role.
