This company supplies an extensive range of type products and related typographic consultancy services to customers throughout the World. Their reputation for the production of high quality typefaces spans over a century and we remain at the cutting edge of font technology today. Their modern offices are located close to Gatwick.
An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic sales person to promote our services and complete product range to new and existing customers within the UK. Typical ticket size: £10k to £100k.
You will have a proven track record in sales with a minimum of five years experience and a good appreciation of design technology in general (ideally with an interest in typography). An understanding of the technical aspects of font use in commercial applications and environments would be desirable although full product training will be given.
You will be comfortable dealing with a wide range of decision makers from IT, Development and Design through to Finance, Marketing and Legal. An understanding of each customer's needs and the ability to formulate creative solutions tailored to meet client requirements is essential. You will be capable of prospecting and managing your own client base as well as working with other team members when required. Some experience in the media or agency vertical market would be preferred.
