Sales Executive - Software Sales -Sale or Recruitment 25K 50 OTE

My client is a world leader within in Financial Software .

They have a role in the Internal Sales team is expanding due to exceptional year on year overachievement, aggressive future growth targets along with the introduction of new product lines. They require an exceptional sales person who has a history of sales success and the ability to get up to speed fast. As well as being a good team player they need to be self-sufficient in terms working their account base to maximise revenue opportunities through maximising the value of every lead, up selling and cross selling. 

Achieve a sales revenue target monthly, quarterly and annually.

Take ownership of your account base and ensure targets are exceeded through proactive contact, cross selling and up selling

Maintain a set of internal accounts and ensure all information is accurate and up to date through Ensure that all sales paperwork is complete, clear and accurate before passing through to accounts and implementation.

Report to Head of SME Sales key sales metrics including forecast, pipeline activity and orders on monthly basis

Proactive contribution & feedback to improve the success of campaigns.

Great communicator and highly professional

Is competitive, results- driven and motivated

Work under pressure to achieve tough targets

Very keen to progress in sales

Ideally have experience in a similar sales role with proven success

Must have experience in an outbound tele-selling role

Graduate or equivalent

Ideally higher qualifications in Business or related subject

Office software Excellent understanding of Email, Excel, PowerPoint, Word

Full driving licence
