Job Description

Clearway is a leading supplier of security solutions for vacant properties. Operating throughout the UK, we offer a complete range of security solutions for commercial and residential property owners and managers. We require an experienced Sales Executive based in the South East.

The ideal candidate will have a background in Manned Guarding or Security Systems (intruder alarms) industry and be capable of introducing and managing corporate clients.

Previous experience selling service based solutions within a B2B environment and working with Facilities and Commercial Property Management companies would be desirable.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Must have superior customer experience, highly knowledgeable.
• Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to produce highly professional proposals and presentations.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in sales and marketing.
• Experience of security environments with particular experience in facilities and property management.
• Strong understanding of customers and market dynamics and requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with all level of clients effectively.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
