We are looking to recruit a Special Events Assistant who will be responsible for general administration duties within the Special Events Team including answering calls, keeping the filing system updated, dealing with enquiries from the general public, patrons and sponsors. To effectively manage all sponsors and patrons booking, creating BEO's and overseeing the events. The selling of all special events including the annual golf events, Food Festival, and any other scheduled special events. To be present at all events from commencement to completion. To promote and sell all the facilities hotel in particular the special events in order to achieve the budget set for the event and contribute to the hotel's overall revenue and profit. To provide an efficient and professional service to all customers with information that is clearly administered and communicated to all parties.

Job Requirements:

The successful applicant will possess experience in administration, customer service, keyboard skills, Windows and Excel.

It would be beneficial to have experience in Opera, Concept, Delphi and Lotus Notes.
