Director of Sales - Cheshire
This corporate group hotel based on the outskirts of Chester are presently looking to recruit for a Director of Sales to join their company. The role will require the person to oversee the whole sales cycle of the hotel which offers conferences , weddings , full leisure and golf. Reporting to the General Manager and overseeing a sales teams within the hotel , you will be required to achieve KPI's and to deal with LNR & FITS as well as dealing with the company national agreements and to be able to increase spend with existing clients using the hotel as well as some business development.
You will be both hotel based as well as field based in order to achieve targets and to drive the profile of the operation and ideally increase market share.
You must have relevant experience from a similar position and also know the local market and client base. With experience of M&E and MICE.
