Sales Development Manager - New Branch Newport!!!

Euro Car Parts are opening a new branch in Newport and we are currently looking for an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our team.

Due to our continued expansion across the UK we have exciting opportunities for talented field sales representatives to join our new sites.

You will be expected to achieve Targeted Territory sales and profit targets through the effective use of resources and to pro-actively develop the branch sales and profitability by maintaining and building customer relationships resulting in increased awareness as well creating new business introductions.  

Experience / Duties:

1. To visit customers at the agreed intervals and to take advantage of all opportunities in order to maximise sales and profit whilst maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction and confidence.

2. To maintain and expand existing business and to develop new accounts within the Branch territory.

3. To actively build and maintain long term relationships with customers and to raise customer awareness of Euro Car Parts product offer.

4. To plan and review activity on a weekly basis with the Branch Manager.

5. To nurture Customer business covering ALL products ranges using, Vecta, Kerridge, Customer Data & Marketing information to achieve individual and branch profit targets.

6. To participate in and maximise all promotional offers to achieve desired results whilst driving promotions to their fullest extent.

7. To ensure Customers fully understand trading terms and conditions in supply of goods and credit terms where applicable

8. To be familiar with prices, discounts, quantity rates and service levels.

9. To communicate all customer and competitor feedback to the Branch Management, relevant internal sales person and the marketing department.

10. To assist the Company as required in other focused areas such as new Branch locations or redevelopment of a specific territory.

11. To have due regard for the health and safety of self and other members of staff.

12. To adhere to Company procedures and to complete all required administration accurately, effectively and on time.

13. To assist in the training and development of branch staff.

14. To carry out any reasonable request as directed by the Assistant Manager/Branch Manager, and to cover for the Assistant Manager in their absence when requested.
