The Just Recruitment Group are looking to recruit a Sales/Customer Service Team Leader for our Witham client. This role is to cover Maternity leave from June 2013. You will have experience managing a team (approx 10 - 20) of inbound and outbound sales and customer service executives. Previous B2B Team Leader & Sales experience is essential.
*Provide coaching and mentoring
*Set KPI's and monitor the team's performance against targets set
*Carry out appraisals and objective setting for team members
*Calling business to generate new business
*Speaking with customers whose accounts may have lapsed
*Running reports
