A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Sales Coordinator within a growing company’s sales division.

My client, located on the outskirts of Bradford, is a market leader in the manufacturing industry. My client is currently undergoing an exciting period of expansion and is looking to add a permanent sales co-ordinator to their existing successful team. My client is also looking for two candidates for a fixed term contract of 12 months.

As part of the role you will be involved with the maintenance of all existing accounts and to sustain regular contact with customers. You will continue to develop the portfolio of products that customers take out through targeted up selling and cross selling. The products require someone who is technically savvy and can answer queries from the customer base.

You shall be responsible for providing quotes in an effective and timely manner as well as liaising internally with production you will also monitor progress of orders and deal with any customer complaints.

The successful candidate will have strong literacy and numerate skills along with the ability to solve problems. You shall be educated to a GSCE grade C or above in Maths and English and will preferably come from an inbound sales or inbound customer service background. Excellent communication skills are essential along with a confident telephone manner.
