Sales Coordinator - SW London

Experienced Sales Coorindator/Administrator

Our client is a very well known, reputable, independent Estate Agent and they are currently looking for a Sales administrator/coordinator to join one of their busy teams in South West London. The successful candidate will have experience in sales in a London estate agent, ideally in the role of a coordinator/administrator in SW London. My client would also be interested in sales negotiators who have admin/secretarial experience but wants more structured hours.

The key skills they are looking for are: flexibility, calm under pressure, very organised, excellent attention to detail, uses own initiative, very reliable and able to work on their own, with responsibility. The role would suit someone who can adapt easily to change, someone who can work on their own and someone who likes to support a number of different people in a busy office environment.

Key responsibilities for the role are:

- The administration/progression of sales deals
- Supporting the teams/manager
- Administration with regards to the marketing/advertising of properties
- Updating and use of the company database
- General sales administration/coordintating of deals
- Some secretarial duties
- First point of contact for a variety of clients/customers
- Intermediate level of computer literacy
- Highly accurate audio typist, 45-50 words/minute, where applicable

This is a forward thinking and successful estate agency with a number of branches across South London. They want to hire a candidate who is looking to stay/progress within the property industry and build a career with their firm.

Salary:
Basic - £20,000 - £25,000

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm
Every other Saturday 10am - 3pm.
