Part-Time Sales Consultant (3 days per week)

This is a great opportunity to join a fantastic furniture retailer that provides individual service, products and fashion for the home. We are passionate about what we do and are looking for a sales driven individual to join our team.

As a member of a small team your day will be varied and you will need good attention to detail as well as the ability to close sales and recall a wide range of product knowledge.

You will have a strong retail sales background with experience of one-to-one selling, along with a creative flair or interest in interiors and, above all, be committed to delivering superb customer service.

Your role will be to

• Pro-actively promote the company's products to deliver store sales in line with targets.
• Ensure that customer service standards are exceptional before and after sales.
• Provide a sales service that is appropriate to individual customer needs and expectations
• Maintain your knowledge of Multiyork’s product ranges and be able to demonstrate this
• Assist with growing the Multiyork brand locally.
• Contribute to a team ethos that puts customers first.
• Deliver exceptional performance at all times.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy selling but are flexible team players, willing to contribute to the store’s overall success. Multiyork is open to the public seven days a week so staff must be willing to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rota basis. Part Time staff may find that working hours will fluctuate between 24 and 40 hours per week for up to 18 weeks of the year in order to cover staff holidays.
