Legal Consultancy practice, requires an experienced Sales Manager to help evolve, develop and implement a holistic sales strategy from an internal and external perspective.
The primary role will include assisting partners and consultants in developing and implementing a Solicitors companywide sales strategy. The companies goals, defined by Partners and consultants, will encompass the development and growth of multiple disciplines currently offered e.g. residential and Commercial Conveyancing; Wills and Probate; Commercial litigation; Family Law and also new disciplines to be offered e.g. debt recovery and immigration law. The scope of this role could be vast but would be dependent on the attitude, aptitude and approach of the successful candidate.
Candidates must have excellent Sales experience based importantly on strategic, structural, technical and organisational sales technique. This must be backed with excellent communication skills for telephone and face to face contact. The candidate would be responsible for managing the internal and external sales staff so strong management skills are imperative.
Candidate must be highly presentable and professional with a flexible approach to daily tasks as well as the ability to be self motivated and target drive. Excellent time management skills are also essential. Candidates would need to be conversant in MSOffice applications.
The candidate will be based at the Head Office in Sidcup but will be expected to drive to appointments as and when necessary so a clean driving licence and access to a car is required.
