Sales Cleaning Manager

MBC-Cleaning Ltd is an established Company in the Contract Cleaning Industry. We form part of a group of companies also offering services within the corporate security services, fabric maintenance and facilities management.

The Role

We have been fortunate to have experienced a steady growth over the past 12 months but now require a driven, hard-working Sales Manager who will have responsibility of business growth and increased revenue particularly concentrating in the area of Contract Cleaning.  You will also be expected to promote the other services we are able to offer. We benefit from a growing reputation and pride ourselves on providing an excellent service to many blue chip companies throughout the London and South East areas with clients in various market sectors from Office, Retail and Industrial as well as some more specialist sectors.

The role is split between two main functions. The first delivering new business sales in the given area, increasing your own portfolio and managing your key clients. You will also be tasked with leading the sales team that we are in the process of developing, leading by example and also giving strategic direction.

The Person

We are looking for someone with experience in the contract cleaning industry. It is important that you are a motivated individual who is hard working and reliable. You need to be able to work on your own and as part of a team. This role requires you to be able to build strong relationships with clients to enable you to win new business and also retain it. You will also provide direction and guidance for the new sales team in order to grow the business. Sales and managerial experience is essential and this can be in either the contract cleaning industry as stated previously or the facilities management industry.
