Sales Associate

A well established, high-street retailer is looking to hire a Sales Associate to join their team.

As the Sales Associate, you are expected to:

• Provide a friendly and efficient customer service experience
• Offer styles and outfit suggestions to the customer, utilizing mannequins and display for inspiration
• Know and offer information to customer on current merchandise assortment, store promotions and events
• Ensure neat and organized areas throughout the sales floor and stockroom

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• Background in retail sales
• Working experience in a similar high-street retailer
• Ability to demonstrate a customer-focused service
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store employees
