What the job involves

You’ll help customers get the best from Three. It’s up to you to get them talking, find out what they need and offer the package that suits them best. How well we do depends on you. That’s why you’ll get a generous commission on everything you sell. It will take real drive and team work to keep our store standards high, but make the most of your skills and there’s no limit to what you could earn and the career opportunities on offer.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for bright people with real personality. People who enjoy talking to customers and like the challenge of hitting targets. Customer service and ideally sales experience, are important (these are targeted sales roles, after all). But you don’t necessarily need to have worked in a mobile or telecoms store before, because what’s most important is that you’re confident, hard-working and like to sell.
