In Touch Acquisitions in Cardiff is looking for sales assistants with a passion for sales or customer service and a desire to achieve success! Immediate starts are welcome because we need to grow asap in order to keep up with client demand for our outsourced sales service.

Our primary client is striving to become the UK’s number one supplier of home and business telecoms and broadband services. Over the past few years, they’ve grown rapidly through acquisition and organic growth. They believe in providing the best value to homes and businesses by offering competitive pricing and innovative products backed by good service.

We're looking to increase representation for them in the Glamorgan area so they can increase their market share and brand awareness! We provide new customers for them on a daily basis by meeting with people face-to-face where they work, live and shop. This allows us to explain their options clearly, answer questions and complete necessary contracts.

In 2013 we’ll be expanding into new markets in the UK, Ireland and Europe, so over the next 6 months we’ll be developing people to lead and manage campaigns in Cardiff and elsewhere. We have a structured Business Development Programme in place for people that produce results and have an interest in growing in our industry!

Trainee Sales Assistant Requirements:

• Above average sales or customer service skills and a desire to work with customers
• Must be over 18 (in order to sign-up new customers) and eligible to work in the UK (local residents are preferred, but we will also consider those looking to relocate to Cardiff)
• Telecoms or Broadband knowledge is helpful, but not required (product training is offered)
• The more you put in, the more you get out, so full time availability is recommended
• A strong work ethic and desire to succeed are recommended because earnings & growth are both performance-based
• Smart dress and a professional attitude are encouraged because we meet with customers face-to-face
• Must be able to work independently and within a team environment
