This is an outstanding opportunity for 18-24 year-olds to launch a career into sales, with a sales apprenticeship in a Business-to-Business sales environment. No specific qualification or experience is required. We are looking for young people with:

- Desire to meet and communicate with people

This organisation has secured a number of sales apprenticeship placements with employers, based in the South East of England. The successful candidates will spend 12 weeks in intensive sales training and then a 9 months sales role within one of the employers. If successful, this could lead to a career in sales with your employer. Depending upon the employer, you might get paid more than £12,000 as a salary.

The Apprenticeship

They will be teaching sales skills and 'winning mentality' over an intensive 3 months course to give you the capabilities and mind-set that are needed for success.

Course content includes:

Sales

- The full range of telesales skills
- The full range of new business transactional sales skills
- Insight into complex sales and account management
- How to manage a pipeline and use of customer relationship management
- Understanding your personality type
- The sales hierarchy and responsibilities
- Communicating and presenting with confidence
- Commerciality in business

- Mental toughness and resilience
- Motivating self and others
- Communication skills and building rapport
- Understanding buyer types
- Positive psychology
- Goal-setting and mapping
- Assertiveness

This position can also be based outside of London in the South East.
