An exciting Management Opportunity within a leading digital organisation in South Manchester specialising in SEO and PPC and Design.
The Up Sell, Cross Sell and Renewal (UCR) department is responsible for liaising with and managing all Company Clients, working alongside Sales, SEO and Content Specialists in order to manage a portfolio of Clients.
The Sales and Retention Manager is responsible for leading a team of UCR Execs and managing the renewal process with each client. This process will encompass negotiating new contracts, pricing services and agreeing campaigns.
You will retain a target percentage of clients and achieve monthly retention value targets as specified by the VP of Operations.

- A proven track record in managing and developing client accounts across a variety of sectors and clients
- Experience in a sales based role and delivering sales strategies

- Highly skilled with MS Office Packages (post 2000) and Internet and Email Software
The Successful Candidate will be Strong Leader who is highly organised with excellent communication skills in order to build relationships at a variety of levels. You will have accomplished presentation skills and be able to demonstrate an understanding of financial structures.
