SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR

SALARY £60,000 BASIC + £60,000 BONUS OTE £120,000 + PACKAGE

LOCATION - SAUDI ARABIA

Are you currently a Sales and Marketing Manager or Sales and Marketing Director for one of the top 5 leisure clubs or gyms within the UK or Europe, want to escape all the doom and gloom and go the where the sun shines all day...If so we have the perfect role for you...

Reporting directly to the CEO you will be accountable for creation and implementation of all sales generation and marketing leading to significant uplift in club membership and loyalty.

This is not a pure strategy role! you will need to be willing to get `hands on` on a day to day basis ensuring that sales increases are delivered through a well trained and motivated team within each of the clubs.

SALES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR - SAUDI ARABIA - MUST BE FLUENT IN ARABIC AND ENGLISH

- This is a key role within the club and requires a highly motivated individual possessing excellent leadership skills and the ability to create effective promotional campaigns and increase membership levels.
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing Manager / Director in the Health Club sector.
- You will ensure that the organisation`s strategic targets are met and we are successful in winning additional business.
- This will require you to identify opportunities, forge new relationships and present a professional and positive image of the Trust to ensure competitive success.
- You will need to take a proactive approach to generating new business, taking the initiative to find new clients, following up leads and referrals and looking to generate prospects and appointments within the local residential and business community.
- You will also ensure that our marketing functions are meeting the needs of our customers and clients.
