Our client is looking for an experienced telephone operator, to work within their outbound department. Working for one of the best known insurance brands in the UK you will be calling Business to Consumer when customers have arranged an online quotation. Full training will be provided.
You will be an excellent communicator, able to quickly build rapport over the telephone.
