Sales Advisors 2

My client based on the outskirts of Cheltenham, is looking for 2 Sales Advisors, you will be reporting to the Sales Support Team Leader.

Role & Responsibilities

• Selling portfolio products and services pro-actively to existing and new customers
• Supporting general sales support, tasks and providing high levels of service to all customers
• Selling portfolio products and service pro-actively via outbound sales calls to existing customers using our in-house CRM data base system and new potential customers using contact lists
• Processing all paperwork to enable picking, dispatch and invoicing
• Provide customers with professional, informed advice on the product range
• Provide support to the commercial management team by providing key information regarding prospects, gaining market intelligence, competitor activity and pricing
• Follow up quotations and chase potential orders to a successful conclusion
• Where appropriate sell our "off the shelf " range of products to inbound and outbound sales calls
• Generate new business leads via telesales activities, e-shots and mail shots
• Work constructively within the sales team

Qualifiactions

• Proven telephone sales expereince with a genuine passion for sales
• Great listening skills with strong verbal and written communications skills and attention to detail
• Good presentation skills face to face and over the telephone
