Organisation Description
My client is currently looking for 2 sales advisors to join their organisation. The purpose of the role is to sell a portfolio of products and services pro-actively to existing and new customers. As well you should support general sales support, tasks and provide high levels of service to all customers.
Job Description
Duties to include:
* Sell portfolio of products and services pro-actively via outbound sales calls to existing customers using their in house CRM database system, as well as new potential customers.
* To perform customer service activities involving processing all paperwork to enable picking, dispatch and invoice.
* Provide customers with professional, informed advice
* Follow up quotations and chase potential orders
* Generate new business leads via telesales activity and e-shots
* Prepare usage reports
Person Specification
The ideal candidate will have proven telephone sales experience with a genuine passion for sales. You should have great listening skills with strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
As well you should have strong presentation skills face to face and over the phone.
