A growing and ambitious agency is seeking experienced Sales Advisors to join their expanding team in Macclesfield to work on an exciting new contract. The company specialises in both inbound and outbound sales and marketing projects, handling B2B and B2C campaigns, across a number of different sectors including finance, manufacturing, utilities, telecoms and insurance. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a professional environment where hard work is recognised and rewarded.

You will be working between the hours of 08.45 am - 5.15pm, Monday to Friday, no shift or weekend work.

As a Sales Advisor you will:

* Make outbound customer sales calls on behalf of blue chip clients.
* Manage your own performance in order to achieve set targets.
* Negotiate profitable sales contracts with new and existing customers, ensuring customers are on the appropriate contract and payment method.
* Ensure product knowledge and competitor activity is up to date.
* Efficiently process contracts.
* Handle all customer queries appropriately and with professionalism.
* Record all calls on the system, making sure that all records are maintained to the highest standards.
* Achieve personal targets and contribute to team performance targets.
* Liaise with other departments, where necessary, regarding any issues surrounding respective sales.
* Maintain detailed customer activity and contract details to ensure maximum potential for future sales.
* Assist in ensuring the continuing compliant trading of business customers.

The ideal Sales Advisor will hold the following skills and experiences:

* Previous experience within a Telesales, Telemarketing, Outbound Sales, B2B or B2C sales role.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Flexible and enthusiastic with a "can-do" approach.
* Sales orientated and target driven.
* Reliable and able to set examples to others coupled with good interpersonal skills.
* Relationship building skills at all levels.
* High level of computer literacy.
* Ability to establish and maintain rapport with both prospective and existing customers.

In return you will receive a basic salary of £16000 - £18000, depending on skills and experiences, plus OTE and an excellent commission structure.
