Job Description:
· Taking orders/order processing
· Assisting in the day to day running of the office sales department which includes attending various meetings and updating regular sales reports
· Processing telephone and online orders
· Assisting and advising customers on order queries
· Organise workload to meet customer timeframe
· Problem analysis and problem solving
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Customer orientation
· Updating Customers and Management on order process
Qualities and Skills required:
• Possess excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Be enthusiastic, flexible and reliable
• Computer Literate
• Knowledge SAP would be an advantage
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
• Be motivated and proactive
Previous experience with Sales administration or similar role is beneficial.
Hours of work are 8.30 am - 5.00 pm with 1 hour for lunch
