We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to wrok for this busy and expanding compnay based in Honiton.
The position will involve:
Assist in the answering of external telephone calls in a professional manner.
Determine customer requirements to ensure calls are transferred to the correct internal person or department.
Log accurate messages on the company’s internal system.
Ensure phone KPI’s are met both by the team and personally
Be a resource to cover reception in times of absence.
Log and maintain accurate records with respect to enquiries, quotations and new leads.
Administer incoming orders for the sales team.
Produce and despatch well-presented documentation to customers ensuring accuracy at all times.
Prepare documents and leaflets for exhibitions.
Provide feedback on any market activity which might affect the company’s business.
Monitor projects to ensure delivery dates are met effectively.
Ensure scanned documents are processed correctly.
Process customer warranty certificates as necessary.
Ensure administration guide is updated as and when necessary.
Prepare postal collection.
Distribute company emails.
Contribute towards the continual improvement of company/ team systems and procedures
Person Specification
Excellent levels of customer service via the telephone
Diligence in maintaining and creating accurate company records
Good keyboard skills
Able to work in a calm and methodical manner
Able to work on your own initiative without supervision
Need to be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business
Able to deal with difficult customers in a calm and professional way
Able to work confidently within both Microsoft Office and a computerised CRM package
