Sales Administrator

Our Client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a 6 month basis.

You will be:

  • Providing customer service to clients on the phone and via email
  • Responding to technical queries and referring back to the customer
  • Processing sales orders using Sage
  • Liaising with the packing & dispatch teams to co-ordinate delivery
  • Updating the Sales team with any problems regarding their orders
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets to keep track of orders placed daily
  • Other admin duties within the department

Person Profile:

  • You will ideally have at least 1-2 years previous customer service experience
  • Must be PC literate with excellent knowledge of Word & Excel
  • Must be a confident and articulate communicator at all levels
  • Must have own transport
  • Bilingual is useful - not essential
  • Driving licence essential

Hours: 8.30am-5.00pm - 1hr lunch
