Our Client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a 6 month basis.
You will be:
- Providing customer service to clients on the phone and via email
- Responding to technical queries and referring back to the customer
- Processing sales orders using Sage
- Liaising with the packing & dispatch teams to co-ordinate delivery
- Updating the Sales team with any problems regarding their orders
- Updating Excel spreadsheets to keep track of orders placed daily
- Other admin duties within the department
Person Profile:
- You will ideally have at least 1-2 years previous customer service experience
- Must be PC literate with excellent knowledge of Word & Excel
- Must be a confident and articulate communicator at all levels
- Must have own transport
- Experience using Sage
- Bilingual is useful - not essential
- Driving licence essential
Hours: 8.30am-5.00pm - 1hr lunch
