Fixed Term Contract

£14,000 per year

Our client is a village based company who specialize in manufacture, production and distribution worldwide. This role involves working closely with the Sales and Dispatch teams to process orders.

THE JOB

  • Providing customer service to clients on the phone and via email
  • Respond to technical queries, gather information and refer back to customer
  • Processing sales Orders using Sage
  • Liaising with the packing & dispatch teams to co-ordinate delivery
  • Updating the Sales team with any problems regarding their orders
  • Updating excel spreadsheets to keep track of orders placed daily
  • And other admin duties within the department

THE CANDIDATE

  • Chosen candidate must have at least 1-2 years previous customer service experience.
  • Must be PC literate with excellent knowledge of Word & Excel
  • Must be a confident and articulate communicator at all levels
  • Must have own transport as our client is based in a village location just outside Daventry
  • Experience using Sage and working in a shipping / export environment is useful - not essential
  • Bilingual is useful - not essential
