£14,000 per year
Our client is a village based company who specialize in manufacture, production and distribution worldwide. This role involves working closely with the Sales and Dispatch teams to process orders.
THE JOB
- Providing customer service to clients on the phone and via email
- Respond to technical queries, gather information and refer back to customer
- Processing sales Orders using Sage
- Liaising with the packing & dispatch teams to co-ordinate delivery
- Updating the Sales team with any problems regarding their orders
- Updating excel spreadsheets to keep track of orders placed daily
- And other admin duties within the department
THE CANDIDATE
- Chosen candidate must have at least 1-2 years previous customer service experience.
- Must be PC literate with excellent knowledge of Word & Excel
- Must be a confident and articulate communicator at all levels
- Must have own transport as our client is based in a village location just outside Daventry
- Experience using Sage and working in a shipping / export environment is useful - not essential
- Bilingual is useful - not essential
