Our client is a marketing company in the petrochemical industry and have a requirement for a Sales Administration Exceutive for Chermicals & Fertilizers
Job Description
You will be responsible for providing support to the Chemicals & Fertilizers, marketing & Sales department and Supply chain department. Responsibilities will include:
Periodically updating the master data
Compiling analytical reports and source of data for various authorities
Assisting of preparing budgets
Compiling KPIs
Maintain records, procedures, documents and other reports to the highest of standards
Maintaining all sales records for all products
Assisting in preparing presentations for management meetings
Conducting periodic reconciliation of sales and marketing fees with various business partners and issuing of necessary documents.
Person Specification
You will have a bachelors degree in a Business Administration or similar, and have a minimum of at least 6 years experience in a sales administration role, quality assurance and business knowledge of I.T related activities. You will have a good knowledge of commercial terms be familiar with ERP systems SAP, knowledge of reconciliation process and knoweldge of Insurance claim processes, and be an excellent problem solver with good time management skills. You will be in a role currently within the petrochemical industry.
You must be able to work under tight timescales and be an excellent palnner and organiser and be an anlaytical thinker.
